privind unele masuri pentru cresterea gradului de siguranta in functionare si a puterii instalate la Centrala Hidroelectrica "Portile de Fier II"

    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Pentru utilizarea achizitiei dintr-o singura sursa in vederea realizarii reparatiei capitale cu modernizare la Centrala Hidroelectrica "Portile de Fier II", se aproba unele masuri dupa cum urmeaza:
    a) Societatea Comerciala "Hidroelectrica" - S.A. va negocia contractul pentru realizarea reparatiei capitale cu modernizare la Centrala Hidroelectrica "Portile de Fier II" cu Compania VA TECH HYDRO Ltd in termen de 30 de zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
    b) Compania VA TECH HYDRO Ltd va angaja in relatie subcontractuala societatile comerciale romanesti de profil: Uzina de Constructii Mecanice - S.A. Resita, "Energomontaj" - S.A. si "Electroputere" - S.A.
    c) Compania VA TECH HYDRO Ltd va realiza integral lucrarile reparatiei capitale cu modernizare la Centrala Hidroelectrica "Portile de Fier II" in contrapartida cu energie electrica.
