Având în vedere Raportul nr. 8.180 din 17 februarie 2011 privind îndeplinirea condiţiilor de certificare ca aeroport deschis traficului internaţional a Aeroportului Arad, întocmit de comisia de evaluare numită prin ordin al ministrului transporturilor şi infrastructurii,în temeiul art. 1 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 791/2009 privind condiţiile pentru certificarea aeroporturilor civile internaţionale sau deschise traficului aerian internaţional, precum şi al art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 76/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă certificarea ca aeroport deschis traficului internaţional a Aeroportului Arad. Articolul 2Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii, Anca Daniela Boagiu
