În temeiul art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, al art. 3 alin. (6) din Legea cadastrului şi a publicităţii imobiliare nr. 7/1996, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.ARTICOL UNICÎncepând cu data intrării în vigoare a prezentei decizii, următoarele persoane se numesc în calitatea de membru în Consiliul de administraţie al Autorităţii Naţionale de Cadastru şi Publicitate Imobiliară: 1. doamna Cristina Elena Smărăndoiu - consilier în cadrul Unităţii centrale pentru coordonarea parteneriatului public-privat din structura aparatului de lucru al Guvernului; 2. domnul Georgian-Ion Ghervasie - consilier în cadrul Cancelariei Primului-Ministru; 3. domnul Andrei Rusu - consilier în cadrul Secretariatului General al Guvernului.
