    *) Decizia Consiliului National al Audiovizualului nr. 44/1997 a fost publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 96 bis din 21 mai 1997.

    Ca urmare a adresei Ministerului Comunicatiilor - Directia generala reglementari - nr. 4/1974 din 9 mai 1997, prin care se rectifica comunicarea facuta prin adresa nr. 4/751 din 24 februarie 1997,
    in conformitate cu dispozitiile art. 29 din Legea audiovizualului nr. 48/1992,

    Consiliul National al Audiovizualului decide:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se excepteaza de la prevederile art. 3 al Deciziei Consiliului National al Audiovizualului nr. 44 din 24 aprilie 1997 Societatea Comerciala "TELECAB LINE" - S.R.L. (pozitia nr. 15) si Societatea Comerciala "EUTEL SAT" - S.R.L. (pozitia nr. 52).
