Având în vedere Hotărârea Camerei Deputaţilor nr. 50 din 13 iunie 2016 privind vacantarea funcţiei de preşedinte al Camerei Deputaţilor şi membru al Biroului permanent al Camerei Deputaţilor,în temeiul art. 35 alin. (1) din Regulamentul Camerei Deputaţilor, republicat, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Biroul permanent al Camerei Deputaţilor adoptă prezenta decizie. Articolul 1Până la alegerea preşedintelui Camerei Deputaţilor, atribuţiile preşedintelui Camerei Deputaţilor vor fi îndeplinite de domnul deputat Florin Iordache, vicepreşedinte al Camerei Deputaţilor. Articolul 2La data prezentei decizii se abrogă Decizia Biroului permanent al Camerei Deputaţilor nr. 5/2016 privind asigurarea interimatului funcţiei de preşedinte al Camerei Deputaţilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 443 din 14 iunie 2016.
