PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 17 din 20 ianuarie 1998

    In temeiul art. 94 lit. a) din Constitutia Romaniei si al Legii nr. 68/1994 privind infiintarea medaliei "Crucea comemorativa a celui de-al doilea razboi mondial, 1941-1945",
    avand in vedere propunerile ministrului apararii nationale,

    Presedintele Romaniei decreteaza:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Pentru serviciile militare aduse statului roman in timpul celui de-al doilea razboi mondial, se confera medalia "Crucea comemorativa a celui de-al doilea razboi mondial, 1941-1945" unor veterani de razboi din municipiul Bucuresti, prevazuti in anexa*) care face parte integranta din prezentul decret.
