privind prelungirea mandatului presedintelui si al celorlalti membri ai Consiliului de administratie al Societatii Romane de Radiodifuziune

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Mandatul preşedintelui şi al celorlalţi membri ai Consiliului    de    administraţie    al    Societăţii    Române    de Radiodifuziune, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, se prelungeşte până la data de 15 aprilie 2010.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din 30 martie 2010, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 67 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi ale art. 19 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 41/1994 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Societăţii Române de Radiodifuziune şi Societăţii Române de Televiziune, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.
