În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 16 alin. (1) şi (2) din Legea muzeelor şi a colecţiilor publice nr. 311/2003, republicată, cu modificările ulterioare, Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se acordă titulatura de muzeu de importanţă naţională Muzeului Aviaţiei. Articolul 2Se aprobă schimbarea denumirii Muzeului Aviaţiei în Muzeul Naţional al Aviaţiei Române.
