    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba semnarea Protocolului de acord, anexat*), privind solutionarea pe cale amiabila a relatiilor cu firma Citroen - Franta si prelucrarea pachetului de actiuni detinute de aceasta de catre actionarul roman Societatea comerciala "AUTO DACIA" - S.A. Pitesti.
    Art. 2
    Se aproba transformarea Societatii mixte "OLTCIT" - S.A. Craiova in societate comerciala pe actiuni, cu capital integral de stat, si preluarea la datoria publica, conform Hotaririi Guvernului nr. 447 din 27 iunie 1991, a pierderilor din anii precedenti, asigurind astfel conditiile necesare desfasurarii activitatii ca societate comerciala pe actiuni cu capital de stat. Volumul pierderilor preluate va fi determinat in urma unui control gestionar de fond efectuat de organele specializate ale Ministerului Economiei si Finantelor.
