    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se excepteaza de la plata taxelor vamale importul unor echipamente si accesorii electronice in limita unui contingent tarifar de 3 milioane $ S.U.A., conform anexei.
    Administrarea contingentului tarifar se efectueaza prin licentele eliberate de Ministerul Comertului.
    Art. 2
    Anexa face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
