În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 1 alin. (2) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 17/2012 privind stabilirea unor măsuri de restituire a unor contribuţii de asigurări sociale de sănătate,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Sumele prevăzute la art. 1 alin. (1) lit. b) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 17/2012 privind stabilirea unor măsuri de restituire a unor contribuţii de asigurări sociale de sănătate se restituie lunar în perioada septembrie 2012 - septembrie 2013, conform următorului grafic:

Articolul 2Restituirea sumelor prevăzute la art. 1 se efectuează potrivit prevederilor Ordinului viceprim-ministrului, ministrul finanţelor publice, al preşedintelui Casei Naţionale de Asigurări de Sănătate şi al preşedintelui Casei Naţionale de Pensii Publice nr. 772/163/198/2012 privind aprobarea Normelor metodologice pentru aplicarea prevederilor Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 17/2012 privind stabilirea unor măsuri de restituire a unor contribuţii de asigurări sociale de sănătate.
