În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICLa articolul 1 alineatul (1) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 311/2003 privind aprobarea înfiinţării pe lângă Ministerul Educaţiei, Cercetării, Tineretului şi Sportului a unei activităţi finanţate integral din venituri proprii, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 210 din 31 martie 2003, după litera k) se introduce o nouă literă, litera l), cu următorul cuprins: l)activităţi privind selecţia, acţiuni de pregătire sportivă şi realizare de competiţii sportive ale copiilor şi juniorilor mici, precum şi ale persoanelor cu dizabilităţi, în baza unor proiecte şi programe ale federaţiilor sportive naţionale, cu scopul de a forma performeri.
