privind unele masuri pentru reforma serviciilor medicale

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    (1) In vederea asigurarii continuitatii programului de reforma a serviciilor medicale, se aproba constituirea centrelor de sanatate rurale, cuprinse in anexa la prezenta hotarare.
    (2) Centrul de sanatate rural are ca obiect de activitate asigurarea asistentei medicale primare, de specialitate ambulatoriu, asistenta medico-chirurgicala de urgenta si transport medicalizat.
    Art. 2
    (1) Centrele de sanatate rurale prevazute in anexa vor functiona ca unitati fara personalitate juridica, in subordinea spitalelor teritoriale din zona in care se afla.
    (2) Normele de organizare si functionare a centrelor de sanatate rurale vor fi aprobate prin ordin al ministrului sanatatii.
    Art. 3
    Constituirea centrelor de sanatate rurale se realizeaza in cadrul numarului mediu de personal si al fondurilor bugetare aprobate Ministerului Sanatatii.
    Art. 4
    Prevederile prezentei hotarari se aplica incepand cu data de 1 decembrie 1996.
