În baza Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 534/2007 privind înfiinţarea, atribuţiile, competenţele şi modul de funcţionare ale Comitetului Interministerial de Finanţări, Garanţii şi Asigurări şi reglementarea operaţiunilor de finanţare, garantare şi asigurare efectuate de Banca de Export-Import a României EXIMBANK - S.A. în numele şi în contul statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, luând în analiză propunerea de aprobare a Normei privind compensarea parţială a dobânzii plătite de operatorii economici la creditele în lei (NI-CST-15-II/0), ţinând seama de:– Legea nr. 96/2000 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Băncii de Export-Import a României EXIMBANK - S.A., republicată;

– Nota de aprobare nr. 386 din 1 noiembrie 2011 întocmită de Banca de Export-Import a României EXIMBANK - S.A.;

– discuţiile şi propunerile formulate în şedinţa din data de 24 noiembrie 2011 de către membrii Comitetului Interministerial de Finanţări, Garanţii şi Asigurări,Comitetul Interministerial de Finanţări, Garanţii şi Asigurări, întrunit în plenul şedinţei din data de 24 noiembrie 2011, h o t ă r ă ş t e: ARTICOL UNICSe aprobă Norma privind compensarea parţială a dobânzii plătite de operatorii economici la creditele în lei (NI-CST-15-II/0), prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
