În temeiulart. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 759/2010 privind acordarea de ajutoare specifice pentru îmbunătăţirea calităţii produselor agricole în sectorul de agricultură ecologică, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 552 din 5 august 2010, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează: 1. La articolul 4, după alineatul (5) se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul (6) , cu următorul cuprins:(6) Prin excepţie de la prevederile alin. (2), în urma finalizării verificărilor efectuate de Agenţia de Plăţi şi Intervenţie pentru Agricultură şi a stabilirii numărului de beneficiari eligibili pentru fiecare dimensiune a exploataţiei din producţia vegetală şi animalieră, plăţile anuale suplimentare maxime/exploataţie pentru sectorul vegetal efectuate de Agenţia de Plăţi şi Intervenţie pentru Agricultură în anul 2012 sunt prevăzute în anexa nr. 4. 2. După anexa nr. 3 se introduce o nouă anexă, anexa nr. 4, al cărei cuprins este prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
