    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea imobilului, identificat conform datelor din anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Ministerului Apararii Nationale, in folosinta gratuita, pe o perioada de 20 de ani, Asociatiei Fotbal Club "Steaua" Bucuresti.
    Art. 2
    (1) Transmiterea imobilului prevazut la art. 1 se face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre Ministerul Apararii Nationale si Asociatia Fotbal Club "Steaua" Bucuresti.
    (2) Protocolul cuprinde si obligatiile ce revin Asociatiei Fotbal Club "Steaua" Bucuresti in legatura cu folosinta imobilului transmis.
