    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se autorizeaza Comitetul Interministerial de Garantii si Credite de Comert Exterior ca, prin derogare de la prevederile anexei nr. 1 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 293/1992, sa aprobe garantarea in proportie de 100% a creditului extern in valoare de 27 milioane dolari S.U.A., precum si a dobanzilor si comisioanelor aferente acordate de Export Development Corporation - Canada, in vederea emiterii garantiei de catre Ministerul Finantelor.
    Art. 2
    Garantarea creditului se va efectua in limita creditelor externe in valoare totala de 410 milioane dolari S.U.A., conform prevederilor Legii nr. 38/1992.
