Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege. Articolul 1(1) Se aprobă aderarea Curţii Constituţionale a României, ca membru cu drepturi depline, la Conferinţa Mondială a Justiţiei Constituţionale.(2) Se aprobă plata contribuţiei anuale de participare a Curţii Constituţionale a României, în calitate de membru cu drepturi depline al Conferinţei Mondiale a Justiţiei Constituţionale, în limita echivalentului în lei al sumei de 1.000 euro/an.(3) Echivalentul în lei al sumei prevăzute la alin. (2) se va calcula pe baza cursului de schimb leu/euro în vigoare la data efectuării plăţii.(4) Suma prevăzută la alin. (2) se asigură de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul anual aprobat Curţii Constituţionale. Articolul 2Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 41/1994 privind autorizarea plăţii cotizaţiilor la organizaţiile internaţionale interguvernamentale la care România este parte, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 241 din 29 august 1994, aprobată prin Legea nr. 126/1994, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează: 1. La anexa nr. 1 punctul II „Organizaţiile internaţionale guvernamentale la care România a aderat în baza aprobărilor date de conducerea ministerelor şi a altor instituţii centrale“, după poziţia 55 se introduce o nouă poziţie, poziţia 56 , cu următorul cuprins:
