Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNIC Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 188 din 28 octombrie 2020 privind unele măsuri temporare necesare pentru exercitarea funcţiei de conducător al compartimentului financiar-contabil din administraţia publică centrală, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1005 din 29 octombrie 2020, cu următoarea modificare: – La articolul unic, alineatul (2) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:
(2) În termen de 6 luni de la încetarea stării de urgenţă sau, după caz, a stării de alertă, persoanele prevăzute la alin. (1) au obligaţia să dobândească certificatul de atestare a cunoştinţelor dobândite în domeniul Sistemului European de Conturi, în condiţiile legii. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată. p.
