Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege. Articolul 1România aderă la Convenţia internaţională de la Nairobi privind îndepărtarea epavelor, adoptată la Nairobi la 18 mai 2007 prin Actul final al Conferinţei internaţionale din 2007 privind îndepărtarea epavelor, care a avut loc la sediul Oficiului Naţiunilor Unite de la Nairobi (UNON), Kenya, 14-18 mai 2007. Articolul 2Prezenta lege intră în vigoare la 120 de zile de la data publicării în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
