    Ministrul industriei si comertului, ministrul finantelor, ministrul lucrarilor publice si amenajarii teritoriului si presedintele Bancii de Export-Import a Romaniei - S.A. (EXIMBANK)
    emit urmatorul ordin:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Normele tehnice nr. 101.325/M.C./1998 privind unele masuri pentru stimularea realizarii de obiective complexe si a productiei cu ciclu lung de fabricatie, destinate exportului, publicate in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 128 din 27 martie 1998, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    Punctul 1.3 din capitolul I se completeaza si va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "1.3. Acordarea stimulentelor prevazute in ordonanta se va face numai in situatia in care contributia partii romane la realizarea acestora (materii prime, materiale, utilaje, echipamente, manopera, piese de schimb, proiecte si asistenta tehnica de origine romaneasca) este de minimum 50% din valoarea contractului extern, cu exceptia exportului de nave."
