Fondul de garantare a depozitelor în sistemul bancar aduce la cunostinta lista institutiilor de credit participante la Fond ai caror deponenti beneficiaza de garantarea, prin plata de compensatii, a depozitelor constituite la acestea, în conditiile si limitele prevazute de Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 39/1996 privind înfiintarea si functionarea Fondului de garantare a depozitelor în sistemul bancar, republicata, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
