In temeiul art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al art. 3 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 618/2005 privind constituirea Colegiului pentru Consultarea Asociaţiilor şi Fundaţiilor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.

Articol unic. - Se numesc în calitate de membri ai Colegiului pentru Consultarea Asociaţiilor şi Fundaţiilor reprezentanţii organizaţiilor prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie.
