    In conformitate cu dispozitiile art. 29 din Legea audiovizualului nr. 48/1992,

    Consiliul National al Audiovizualului decide:

    Art. 1
    In conformitate cu dispozitiile art. 17 alin. (2) din Legea audiovizualului nr. 48/1992 se retrag licentele de emisie, datorita nerealizarii statiei de emisie in termenul legal de 18 luni, urmatorilor titulari de licenta:
