    In temeiul art. 94 lit. c) si al art. 99 alin. (1) din Constitutia Romaniei, precum si al art. 73 lit. b) si al art. 76 lit. a) din Legea nr. 92/1992 pentru organizarea judecatoreasca,

    Presedintele Romaniei decreteaza:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se elibereaza din functie, la cerere, magistratii mentionati in anexa la prezentul decret.
