privind transmiterea unor terenuri, situate in judetul Gorj, in patrimoniul Regiei Autonome a Lignitului Oltenia

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea, cu plata, din patrimoniul Societatii Comerciale "Agro" - S.A. Targu Jiu in patrimoniul Regiei Autonome a Lignitului Oltenia a terenurilor agricole in suprafata de 20 ha, situate in zona Varsaturi-Amaradia, municipiul Targu Jiu, judetul Gorj, identificate potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, in vederea constituirii ca amplasament pentru stramutarea si reconstruirea gospodariilor taranesti ce vor fi afectate de extractia in cariere a lignitului.
    Art. 2
    Plata sumei de 326,4 milioane lei, reprezentand contravaloarea terenurilor transmise potrivit art. 1, calculate conform prevederilor Legii nr. 18/1991, se face de catre Regia Autonoma a Lignitului Oltenia din sursele de finantare prevazute in capitolele de despagubiri terenuri si constructii din devizele generale ale proiectelor de executie pentru obiectivele miniere.
