ACT EMIS DE: SENATUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 439 din 28 iunie 2007



In temeiul prevederilor art. 34 din Legea nr. 144/2007 privind înfiinţarea, organizarea şi funcţionarea Agenţiei Naţionale de Integritate, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 139 din Regulamentul Senatului,

Senatul adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Senatul numeşte, pentru un mandat de 4 ani, 13 membri titulari şi 9 membri supleanţi ai Consiliului Naţional de Integritate, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 27 iunie 2007, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
