    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Preturile de contractare si de achizitie pentru cantitatile de griu, orz si orzoaica ce se livreaza la fondul de stat, furaje si pentru uiumul provenit de la morile prestatoare cu capital de stat, precum si cele pentru decontarea prestatiilor cu plata in cereale, sint urmatoarele:

    Conditiile de livrare si de calitate sint cele in vigoare la data prezentei hotariri.
