privind unele masuri in organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Agriculturii si Alimentatiei

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Incepand cu data prezentei hotarari, Departamentul Agriculturii de Stat din cadrul Ministerului Agriculturii si Alimentatiei isi schimba denumirea in "Departamentul Societatilor Comerciale Agricole cu Capital de Stat", conform organigramei anexate.
    Art. 2
    Cu aceeasi data, numarul functiilor de conducere in cadrul Ministerului Agriculturii si Alimentatiei se suplimenteaza cu:
    - functia de subsecretar de stat pentru coordonarea sectorului zootehnic;
    - functia de subsecretar de stat pentru coordonarea sectorului de mecanizare a agriculturii.
    Art. 3
    Ministerul Agriculturii si Alimentatiei si Ministerul Economiei si Finantelor vor aduce la indeplinire prevederile prezentei hotarari, abrogindu-se orice dispozitii contrare.
