    Guvernul Romaniei  hotarate:

    Art. 1
    Ministerul Muncii si Protectiei Sociale si Secretariatul general al guvernului vor organiza si vor urmari realizarea atestarii pe post, pe baza de examinare, a salariatilor din administratia de stat, elaborand metodologia corespunzatoare specificului unitatilor din administratia centrala si locala.
    Art. 2
    Ministerul Muncii si Protectiei Sociale si Secretariatul general al guvernului vor informa guvernul asupra rezultatelor atestarii, in termen de 30 de zile de la incheierea acesteia.
