    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se prelungeste aplicarea hotararilor Guvernului nr. 119/1995 si nr. 602/1995 pentru importurile realizate pe baza de licente eliberate de Ministerul Comertului in anul 1995 si care au intrat in tara pana la data de 15 ianuarie 1996.
    Art. 2
    Directia generala a vamilor va aduce la indeplinire prevederile prezentei hotarari pentru situatiile prevazute la art. 1.
