    In temeiul art. 7 din Legea nr. 42/1990 pentru cinstirea eroilor-martiri si acordarea unor drepturi urmasilor acestora, ranitilor, precum si luptatorilor pentru victoria Revolutiei din decembrie 1989, republicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 198 din 23 august 1996,

    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se desemneaza, in calitate de membri in Comisia parlamentara pentru controlul aplicarii Legii nr. 42/1990 pentru cinstirea eroilor-martiri si acordarea unor drepturi urmasilor acestora, ranitilor, precum si luptatorilor pentru victoria Revolutiei din decembrie 1989, urmatorii senatori si deputati:
    1. Serban Sandulescu:     - senator, Grupul parlamentar al Partidului

    2. Sergiu Nicolaescu      - senator, Grupul parlamentar al Partidului
                                Democratiei Sociale din Romania

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si Senat in sedinta comuna din 21 februarie 1997, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
