pentru modificarea Hotararii Parlamentului Romaniei nr. 9/2005 privind aprobarea componentei nominale a delegatiei Parlamentului Romaniei la Adunarea Parlamentara a Francofoniei

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Componenţa nominală a delegaţiei Parlamentului României la Adunarea Parlamentară a Francofoniei, prevăzută în anexa la Hotărârea Parlamentului României nr. 9/2005, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 210 din 11 martie 2005, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează:

- domnul senator Eugen Mihăiescu, aparţinând Grupului parlamentar al PRM, este desemnat în calitatea de membru al delegaţiei Parlamentului României în Adunarea Parlamentară a Francofoniei, în locul domnului senator Aurel Ardelean.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din data de 24 septembrie 2008, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
