În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC La anexa nr. 2 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.997/2004 privind stabilirea uniformei, echipamentului specific şi însemnelor distinctive pentru funcţionarii publici cu statut special din sistemul administraţiei penitenciare, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.238 din 22 decembrie 2004, cu modificările ulterioare, normele nr. 4 şi 5 se modifică şi vor avea următorul cuprins: „Norma nr. 4 pentru asigurarea uniformei de serviciu pentru corpul ofiţerilor
