    In temeiul prevederilor art. 39 alin. (4) si ale art. 46 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 41/1994 privind organizarea si functionarea Societatii Romane de Radiodifuziune si Societatii Romane de Televiziune, republicata,

    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba Raportul privind activitatea Consiliului de administratie al Societatii Romane de Televiziune pe anul 1999 si contul de executie bugetara la 31 decembrie 1999 al Societatii Romane de Televiziune, prevazut in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si de Senat in sedinta comuna din 25 iunie 2002, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
