    Se autorizeaza Comitetul Interministerial de Garantii si Credite de Comert Exterior ca, prin derogare de la prevederile anexei nr. 1 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 293/1992, sa aprobe garantarea, in proportie de 100%, a creditului extern in valoare de 33.472.700 marci germane, acordat de banca germana BHF pentru finantarea proiectului "Linie de fabricatie tuburi de presiune din fonta ductila pentru alimentari cu apa" din cadrul Regiei Autonome pentru Productia de Tehnica Militara "Ratmil" - Uzina Mecanica Orastie, in vederea emiterii garantiei de catre Ministerul Finantelor.
