În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 844/2016 privind aprobarea măsurilor pentru realizarea stocurilor de siguranţă ale Sistemului electroenergetic naţional în ceea ce priveşte combustibilii pentru perioada sezonului rece şi volumul de apă din lacurile de acumulare, denumit Programul de iarnă în domeniul energetic pentru asigurarea funcţionării în condiţii de siguranţă şi stabilitate a Sistemului electroenergetic naţional în perioada 15 noiembrie 2016-15 martie 2017, precum şi alte măsuri privind nivelul de siguranţă şi securitate în funcţionare a Sistemului electroenergetic naţional, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. nr. 919 din 15 noiembrie 2016, se modifică după cum urmează: 1.
