În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul I Termenul prevăzut la art. II din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.275/2012 pentru modificarea art. 143 din Contractul-cadru privind condiţiile acordării asistenţei medicale în cadrul sistemului de asigurări sociale de sănătate pentru anii 2011-2012, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.389/2010, precum şi pentru prelungirea până la 28 februarie 2013 a prevederilor acesteia, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 882 din 22 decembrie 2012, se prorogă până la data de 31 martie 2013, inclusiv.
