În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică şi regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICAnexa nr. 68 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Ususău“ la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 976/2002 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Arad, precum şi al municipiului Arad, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Arad, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 690 şi 690 bis din 19 septembrie 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: a)se modifică următoarele poziţii:– la poziţia 1, coloana 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „km 0+000-3+000 Ususău-Chelmac 10 (5) 15000 30000“;– la poziţia 3, coloana 3 va avea următorul cuprins: „km 8+000-10+919 DJ609-Bruznic 10 (5) 14595 29190“; b)după poziţia 59 se introduc 3 noi poziţii, poziţiile 60-62, conform anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.PRIM-MINISTRU EMIL BOC Contrasemnează: Ministrul administraţiei şi internelor, Constantin-Traian Igaş ANEXĂCompletări la inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Ususău
