    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei si ale art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publica si regimul juridic al acesteia,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se atesta apartenenta la domeniul public al judetului Arad, precum si al municipiului Arad, al oraselor si comunelor din judetul Arad a bunurilor cuprinse in anexele nr. 1 - 76*) care fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
