Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNICSe aprobă Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 9 din 31 iulie 2014 cu privire la rectificarea bugetului de stat pe anul 2014, adoptată în temeiul art. 1 pct. I.1 din Legea nr. 119/2014 privind abilitarea Guvernului de a emite ordonanţe, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 588 din 6 august 2014. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 65 alin. (2) şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
