ACT EMIS DE: PARLAMENTUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 736 din 30 octombrie 2008



Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Art. I. - La articolul III din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 163/2001 privind reglementarea unor măsuri financiare, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 798 din 13 decembrie 2001, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 364/2002, cu modificările ulterioare, litera e) a alineatului (11) se abrogă.

Art. II. - Cheltuielile pentru finanţarea proiectului „Reprezentantul special al Guvernului României pe probleme de integrare, cooperare şi dezvoltare durabilă" încetează la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei legi.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
