    Se aproba Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 12 din 7 februarie 2002 privind valorificarea creantei detinute de Autoritatea pentru Valorificarea Activelor Bancare asupra Societatii Comerciale "Artrom" - S.A. Slatina, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 129 din 18 februarie 2002.

    Aceasta lege a fost adoptata de Senat in sedinta din 21 martie 2002, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
