    Se suspenda, pana la 23 Aprilie 1946, operarea tuturor pactelor comisorii, de orice grad si pentru orice cauza, care sanctioneaza contractele de inchiriere in care este chirias Statul, judetul, comuna, sau in general, orice administratie publica sau institutie de drept public.
    Aceasta dispozitie se aplica si in cauzele in curs de judecata.
    Executarea hotararilor de reziliere a contractelor de inchiriere intrand in prevederile prezentei legi, se suspenda, de asemenea, pana la 23 Aprilie 1946.
