    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    Salariatii agentilor economici stabiliti in Nomenclatorul agentilor economici al sectoarelor si al categoriilor profesionale din sectorul productiei de aparare, aprobat prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 532/2000, beneficiaza pana la 31 decembrie 2000 de drepturile prevazute in Legea nr. 78/1995 privind protectia personalului si a patrimoniului din sectorul productiei de aparare, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
