Având în vedere Raportul nr. 23.907 din 20 august 2012 privind îndeplinirea condiţiilor de certificare ca aeroport deschis traficului internaţional a Aeroportului Oradea, întocmit de comisia de evaluare numită prin Ordinul ministrului transporturilor şi infrastructurii nr. 1.028/2012*), cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,*) Ordinul ministrului transporturilor şi infrastructurii nr. 1.028/2012 nu a fost publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.în temeiul art. 1 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 791/2009 privind condiţiile pentru certificarea aeroporturilor civile internaţionale sau deschise traficului aerian internaţional, precum şi al art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 76/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă certificarea ca aeroport deschis traficului internaţional a Aeroportului Oradea. Articolul 2Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. p. Ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii, Răducu Valentin Preda, secretar de stat
