Văzând Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei generale industrie alimentară nr. 86.963 din 10 august 2012,având în vedere prevederile art. 6 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 283/2010 privind camerele pentru agricultură, silvicultură şi dezvoltare rurală, republicată,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 725/2010 privind reorganizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale, precum şi a unor structuri aflate în subordinea acestuia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Se aprobă componenţa Comitetului Naţional de Iniţiativă pentru organizarea alegerilor în vederea înfiinţării camerelor agricole judeţene şi a Camerei Agricole Naţionale, potrivit prevederilor din anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2Comitetul Naţional de Iniţiativă se dizolvă de drept la data validării primelor alegeri pentru constituirea camerelor agricole. p.
