ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 123 din 26 februarie 2003
In temeiul prevederilor art. 18^3 alin. (3) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 42/1997
privind transportul naval, aprobata cu modificari si completari prin Legea nr.
412/2002, si ale art. 4 alin. (3) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 3/2001 privind
organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Lucrarilor Publice, Transporturilor si
Locuintei,
ministrul lucrarilor publice, transporturilor si locuintei emite urmatorul
ordin:
Art. 1
Se aproba forma si continutul Documentului de conformitate, Documentului de
conformitate interimar, Certificatului de management al sigurantei si Certificatului
de management al sigurantei interimar, prevazute in anexa care face parte
integranta din prezentul ordin.
Art. 2
Autoritatea Navala Romana va duce la indeplinire prevederile prezentului
ordin.
Art. 3
Prezentul ordin se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
