    Presedintele Agentiei Nationale pentru Comunicatii si Informatica,
    in temeiul prevederilor art. 14 alin. (2), ale art. 25 si ale art. 30 alin. (2) din Legea telecomunicatiilor nr. 74/1996, cu modificarile ulterioare, precum si ale art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 973/1998 privind organizarea si functionarea Agentiei Nationale pentru Comunicatii si Informatica,
    avand in vedere prevederile Legii serviciilor postale nr. 83/1996,
    emite prezentul ordin.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Punctul 316 "Tarif de supraveghere si control pentru operatorii de servicii postale, inclusiv de tipul curierat accelerat" din capitolul 3 al anexei la Ordinul presedintelui Agentiei Nationale pentru Comunicatii si Informatica nr. 398/1999 privind aprobarea Procedurii de tarifare si a listei cuprinzand tarifele practicate de Regia Autonoma "Inspectoratul General al Comunicatiilor" in exercitarea atributiilor ce ii revin conform legislatiei in vigoare, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 108 din 10 martie 2000, se abroga.
