În temeiul prevederilor art. 10 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 34/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, având în vedere prevederile art. 4 alin. (1) din Legea contabilităţii nr. 82/1991, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 72/2014 privind stabilirea valorii de intrare a activelor fixe la instituţiile publice,ministrul finanţelor publice emite următorul ordin: Articolul ILa articolul 23 din Normele metodologice privind reevaluarea şi amortizarea activelor fixe corporale aflate în patrimoniul instituţiilor publice, aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului economiei şi finanţelor nr. 3.471/2008, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 835 din 11 decembrie 2008, cu completările ulterioare, alineatele (1) şi (2) se abrogă. Articolul IIPrezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I. Ministrul finanţelor publice, Anca Dana Dragu
